After three years of sharing production space with other businesses at three different locations, we now have our current space all to ourselves! This 2,300 square-foot factory at 574A President St. in Brooklyn is where we make all our pickles and pickling kits, and it's also where we're opening our Brinery store on May 14. Brinery items to come include barrel-fermented pickles made in whiskey barrels from Finger Lakes Distilling Co. All seasonal and local, it'll be a kind of green market of pickles.
